Business Manager (E6714) - Lighthouse Futures Trust
The College Business Manager will provide strategic support to the Principal, CEO and Board of Trustees on all aspects of business management ensuring the college makes the best use of its resources.
The post requires an individual with a recognised accountancy/finance/business or School Business Management qualification and to be experienced in accounting procedures, budget monitoring, estate management, project management with effective supervisory and IT skills or willing to be trained and developed within those areas.
As a key member of the college’s Senior Leadership Team contribute to the development of strategy and planning, working alongside SLT colleagues and the Board of Trustees.
We are looking for candidates who can:
* Manage the strategy and operations of the business functions of our organisation
* Under the direction of the Principal and CEO, lead on all financial matters in the organisation, to ensure the college’s successful financial performance and to ensure financial decisions are clearly linked to the college’s strategic goals.
* Promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the college.
* Inspire, support and develop staff.

* Have experience in financial management at a senior level in either a school, college, public or private sector
* Will thrive as working as part of a team but with the ability to work independently
* Have excellent inter-personal skills, thrive under pressure and embrace change and innovation
