The Commercial Administrator will support the Commercial team in delivering key services to both internal and external customers. This includes contract administration, pricing, digitalisation, Salesforce CRM management, and process mapping. The role is integral to ensuring smooth commercial operations across the company's global sectors. Key Responsibilities Contract Administration: Manage all Commercial Contracts, including Frame Agreements, Discount Partnership Agreements, Letters of Authority, and Non-Disclosure Agreements, ensuring due diligence checks are completed. Maintain the Commercial Contracts Register and Subscriptions & Memberships Database. Sales Support: Forward external customer emails from the Sales inbox to the appropriate Regional Sales Office. Assist with product pricing, price adjustments, and annual price reviews. CRM & Data Management: Maintain Salesforce CRM data integrity, including weekly exchange rate updates. Update and monitor the Internal Sales Intranet page with relevant and accurate information. Administrative Support: Provide support for weekly Management Meetings. Coordinate and distribute the weekly in/out rota for the Commercial team. Communications: Assist in the preparation and distribution of Commercial Bulletins, Obsolescence Notices, and Internal Messages. Vendor & Supplier Management: Complete Supplier/Vendor information requests and update the Company Information Pack accordingly. Process Improvement: Support in reviewing, updating, and documenting Commercial processes. Raise Purchase Orders as needed and assist in managing ad-hoc projects. Learning & Development: Demonstrate a willingness to develop expertise across all aspects of the Commercial team's remit. Stakeholder Engagement Internal Interfaces: Sales teams (UK & International: Brazil, USA, Asia, Aberdeen) Business Development Managers & Heads of Markets Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Contracts, Sales Admin & Manufacturing Senior Management, including the Managing Director External Interfaces: Experience Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Prior administration experience in a Commercial environment Strong organisational and multitasking skills Desirable: Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint (training available) Qualifications Essential: Minimum Grade C in English & Mathematics Desirable: NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Administration
