Our key, international and growing client is seeking an assembly operative to work at their site in Denmead.
The role will require the individual to work on site as part of a team.
The purpose of the role is to assist in the manufacture and packing of a range of products and assemblies that are of an electro/mechanical build.
To assist with assembling customer orders to completion to a consistently high standard.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensure that products are assembled in accordance with company documentation (engineering specifications / instructions / drawings), in a timely manner and to the highest standard.
* Undertake assembly operations both individually and as part of a team to achieve daily targets / KPI’s.
* Use and maintain tools in a safe and professional manner, to include:
- Building mechanical assemblies
- Wiring connectors
- Crimping tools
- Torque and air drivers.
* Log assembly work undertaken on relevant systems.
Soldering experience is preferred, but not essential.
Hours:
07:30 - 16:00, early finish Friday
Potential for some flexibility once trained.
37 hours per week.
This is an ongoing contract role, with a possibility of permanent.
