The Role This is a strategic role where you will oversee the quality, relevance, and innovation of our training products, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with employer needs, local authority requirements, and funding body expectations. You will play a pivotal role in embedding educational technology into our curriculum to enhance learning experiences and increase efficiency across delivery. The role will involve: - Setting the standard for curriculum products and associated learning resources meet learners' needs and experience, whist adherence to regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and align with industry trends. - Leading the ongoing development of curriculum governance processes to maintain the quality and effectiveness of our programs. - Maintaining and continually improve the standard of all curriculum products. - Driving the integration of technology into our curriculum, ensuring we leverage the latest EdTech solutions to enhance learning delivery, engagement, and efficiency. - Supporting the digitisation of learning resources, assessments, and processes to modernise our offering. - Collaborating with key stakeholders, including employers, local authorities, and industry experts, to design engaging, high-quality curricula that responds to market needs and meet funding body expectations.- Matrix lead, support and mentor the curriculum leads to achieve excellence in their respective areas.
