SALARY: £22,500 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid Working from Home and either the Office in Aberdeen or Dundee - There is an expectation to attend the office when requested to do so, for either a working day or in-person meetings.

JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor who has previous experience working in an administration or customer-facing role, with good written and verbal communication, organisational and Microsoft Office skills. Working as the Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of a growing busy team, providing face-to-face and telephone advice, advising customers, and providing them with impartial advice and information on energy efficiency and heating options. The outreach service will predominantly include home visits, but will also include community advice sessions, presentations, and attending events.
DUTIES
1. Provide impartial advice to householders in home, on the telephone, at community events or general planned events.
2. Maintain up-to-date, working knowledge of sustainable energy matters, affordable warmth and water heating and usage.
3. Develop and implement community advice sessions and projects that lead to low carbon lifestyles being adopted.
4. Provide and maintain a record of activity and achievements against agreed targets.
5. Attend events and develop new partnerships with relevant organisations.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. Relevant administration and/or customer face-to-face experience.
2. Experience of working in a customer-focused organisation.
3. Experience in a customer-focused and target-driven environment.
4. City & Guilds Energy Awareness 6281-01 Not essential as training can be provided.
5. Experience of giving complex advice.
6. Well-developed skills in verbal and written presentation, and ability to engage and motivate people.
7. IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and CRM software.
