In this role, you'll work closely with the Sales & Marketing Lead to execute the company's sales and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimise CRM activities (Active Campaign) to boost engagement and conversions.
2. Develop compelling, insight-driven email campaigns.
3. Analyse user behaviour and recommend improvements for increased sales.
4. Drive growth through digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, remarketing).
5. Optimise the website for better user experience and conversions.
6. Oversee potential new website management.
7. Integrate platforms (Zapier, Meet Alfred, etc.) to streamline processes.
8. Report weekly on digital marketing activities against KPIs and targets.
Person Specification:
9. Results-focused with proven digital marketing experience, particularly in SEO, CRM, and email campaigns.
10. Creative, with the ability to identify target audiences and craft engaging campaigns.
11. Skilled in WordPress, website development, and analytics tools.
12. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
13. Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
14. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and project management, ideally across various sectors.
