We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The role is full time and you'll be on a permanent contract, working 36 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage professional to drive and lead the team towards improving income and standards across all the outlets on site.
As Dover Castle Food and Beverage Manager, you will manage the entire Food and Beverage operation on site across multiple outlets, leading the team to ensure excellent customer service and full compliance with COSHH, PEE and other legislations at all times.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the future development of the F & B offer, considering ways things can be done better, more efficiently and in a cost-effective way. You will have excellent attention to detail, leading the team of approximately 20 F & B supervisors, chefs, and F & B assistants to maintain the highest levels of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Food and Beverage professional that has experience in working in a fast-paced environment with multiple outlets.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role you will need:
* Experience of managing a team of people in a hospitality environment
* Hold a current Level 3 Food and Hygiene certificate
* A strong understanding of financial budgets
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to lead by example and to remain calm under pressure
