Onsite IT Support Engineer – London (Hybrid Role) | Techrelate

Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Support – Resolve escalated issues related to Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Technical Troubleshooting – Diagnose and fix hardware, software and network problems both remotely and on-site.
User Management – Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, including security permissions and group policies.
System Upgrades – Assist with deploying new hardware and software, conducting system upgrades and integrating Microsoft 365 solutions.
Network Support – Configure and troubleshoot network devices, particularly UniFi equipment.
Documentation – Maintain accurate records, create Knowledge Base articles and ensure up-to-date documentation.
Customer Communication – Provide timely updates and solutions within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaboration – Work closely with clients, colleagues and third parties to ensure seamless service delivery.
Web Technologies – Support basic HTML, WordPress and website hosting setup/troubleshooting.
Mentoring – Provide guidance and support to Helpdesk engineers.
Essential Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Familiarity with PowerShell, Google Workspace, Windows and macOS.
Experience with MikroTik and UniFi network devices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently to meet KPIs while collaborating effectively within a team. Passion for delivering VIP-level customer service in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Desirable Certifications:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Other relevant Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications
