You will be the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries, communicating daily with candidates and clients to discuss roles, answer queries, conduct screenings, arrange interviews, and schedule client meetings. This role will involve coordinating all aspects of the recruitment function, so excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. What Were Looking for in a Recruitment Assistant: Friendly and empathetic, with strong listening skills to understand the needs of both candidates and clients Exceptional written and verbal English skills Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR Comfortable engaging with candidates and clients, with a professional telephone manner Strong IT skills and familiarity with office systems Desirable: Experience within Health & Social Care or a similar sector The Recruitment Assistant role is based at our head office in Chesterfield, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
