Job Purpose/ Description / Objective Cigna Healthcare, International Organisations Health, has an excellent opportunity for a Business Communications Lead in the Marketing team. The role is to design and deliver compelling business communications and brand activities. You'll work closely with the wider marketing team, our commercial and business teams to define, plan and execute campaigns and develop content. You'll ensure these campaigns meet Legal, Compliance and Brand communication guidelines. These are key responsibilities which have a direct impact on Brand strength as well as internal and external engagement. Who are we? In this role you will be responsible for: Employee engagement and internal communications: - Develop communication plans and a communications calendar and craft compelling messaging and content to engage our employees through a multi-channel approach: Creation and development of newsletters, project updates in the form of videos, emails, intranet updates, - Development of communication plans and campaigns for internal change management projects, and organisational announcements. - Manage content on our intranet pages. - Organisation & logistics of quarterly Town Halls & other employee events - Support our chief of staff with communications and planning for various leadership meetings. External audience engagement and business communications: - Support organisation & logistics of our flagship client event. - Support to develop content, theme, and agenda for events and other Thought Leadership initiatives. - Make sure our messaging and storytelling in our external facing presentations and assets are up-to-date and aligned with our constantly evolving brand story. - Asset development and execution of an Executive communications programme to establish our leaders in the market through social posts, speaking opportunities and media relations. - Align and partner with our global marketing centre of excellence (CoE) responsible for brand to activate their globally developed content through local campaigns. - Develop a content marketing calendar and activate local content (articles, blog posts, whitepapers, social posts) - Manage partnerships with agencies to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of best-in-class content, assets, and activation activities. Skills: - Experience of working in an international business preferred - Experience of working in financial services or healthcare preferred but not essential - Ability to drive and work constructively with cross-functional partners - Strong (business) communication skills - Creative skills: - English copywriting - Powerpoint design What can you expect: - You join a dynamic and motivated marketing team consisting of a Marketing Director, go-to-market manager, a brand and communications manager a graphic designer, and digital marketeer. - Close partnership with our commercial, and business teams and our public affairs manager. - You'll report into the Brand, comms & Customer engagement manager. - Hybrid working, with office in Antwerp.
