Receptionist/Administrator
Location: East London
Duration: 6 months rolling contract
We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator, ideally with rail/construction experience. They must come from a rail background and have previous experience working for a Tier 1 or a subcontractor.
Duties:
* Adding sales orders and purchase orders to SAP
* Chasing suppliers to pull parts in
* Scheduling workloads
* Data admin
* Liaising with customers and suppliers
* Confirming purchase orders
What we would like from you:
* Previous experience as an administrator or receptionist
* Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
* Attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task
* Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* The ability to work with figures and maintain accurate records
* Available to start ASAP
