Job summary We are looking to appoint 1 new Receptionist to support the practice clinical team by signposting patients to the appropriate healthcare professional or service and working as part of the practices multi-disciplinary team. Main duties of the job Answer incoming calls and dealing with the callers request appropriately. Manage all queries as necessary in an efficient manner.
