Client Relationship Manager / Senior Client Relationship Manager
In this role you will lead and manage the relationship between the operational delivery teams and our administration-only client appointments. Supporting clients through changes and development projects providing technical support, reporting and liaison with the delivery teams.
You will ensure that business growth is accelerated, and that commercial success is achieved. Gathering feedback from clients and provide strategic input into the development plans of the service.
We are ideally looking for this role to be based in either our Manchester, Birmingham or Reading city centre office with a hybrid workstyle.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Lead on administration-only client relationships to ensure that we continue to build client loyalty whilst maximising revenue growth opportunities.
2. Oversee the delivery of all services to existing clients and thereby maximising revenue, ensuring that client’s needs are being met, that excellent services are being delivered, oversee contract renewals and develop further service requirements.
3. Act as the primary point of contact or escalation for administration clients (Trustees and senior sponsors) developing relationships to build a strong pipeline of project opportunities with the potential to be converted into additional revenue.
4. Present quarterly service reports and arrange and attend monthly management review meetings with high value appointments.
5. Prepare annual review and planning meetings with key operational stakeholders including auditors, accountants, clients and administrators.
6. Identify and promote opportunities to deliver non-core service projects and opportunities for cross-selling.
7. Provide project management support on large scale projects and technical support and advice to clients on administration projects.
8. Participate in new client installation programs and support the implementation manager in the new client handoff process.
9. Review, assess and develop with the administration teams strategic partnerships with other specialist service providers.
10. Maintain an awareness of external factors (including market driven developments and demands, current and proposed legislation in relation to client requirements) which impact the business.
Experience & Competencies Required
1. Understanding of the complete end-to-end pension administration service delivery model including administration, treasury, accounts and payroll.
2. Proven track record on communicating, delivering and managing pension administration projects.
3. Strong technical understanding of pension administration and market challenges.
4. Strong communicator with a solution driven mentality.
5. Ability to compile and present reports on complex subject matter.
6. Good project management skills with a proven track record on delivering and communicating multiple client delivery programs.
7. Commercial focus with the ability to quickly establish the requirements and costs of a project.
8. Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
9. High degree of personal drive.
10. Able to inspire and lead colleagues acting as a positive role model and advocate for Isio.
11. Collaborative, solution focused approach to problem solving, with full accountability for decisions made.
12. Pragmatic and with a keen eye for detail.
