The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the seamless operation of our sales department, balancing responsibilities ranging from inbound and outbound selling of luxury items to meticulous stock management and essential administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers in a professional and personable manner, providing exceptional service to create a memorable shopping experience.
2. Handle inbound inquiries, assist customers in the selection process, and provide product information with a strong focus on meeting sales targets.
3. Conduct outbound sales initiatives to reach potential customers and promote Trilogy Jewellers' exclusive collections.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Stock Management:
1. Conduct regular stock taking to maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Monitor rotations of stock to ensure the availability of the latest collections and timely removal of outdated items.
3. Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels effectively, avoiding overstock or stockouts.
4. Assist in receiving and organising incoming stock shipments.
Administrative Tasks:
1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organised records.
2. Generate reports on sales performance, stock levels, and other relevant metrics.
3. Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.
4. Collaborate with the finance department for invoicing and payment processing.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in sales, preferably in luxury goods or retail.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
5. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
