Intermediate Care Southwark (ICS)

* @Home Team: Delivering urgent community responses, ensuring residents receive timely support in their homes.
* Rehabilitation and Reablement Team: Empowering residents to regain independence and confidence after hospital stays or community setbacks.
The ICS Business Support Team ensures the seamless delivery of these vital services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of social workers, therapists, nurses, and other professionals.
Older People and Physical Disabilities (OPPD)
Join a service that supports older adults, adults with physical disabilities, and their carers. The OPPD service provides strength-based, person-centred care, fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life. The Business Support Team works closely with social workers, occupational therapists, and assistant practitioners to provide the administrative backbone essential for delivering these services.
About the Role
We have four Business Support Officer vacancies, divided across two teams:
* One position in the ICS Business Support Team
* Three positions in the OPPD Business Support Team
Your role will involve:
* Supporting teams with high-level administrative tasks, including managing large datasets in Excel.
* Organising and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Assisting with meetings, reports, and accurate record-keeping across various IT systems.
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders to support service delivery.
Each position will require adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
About You
* Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage your workload efficiently.
* Experience in maintaining accurate records and managing data.
* Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel and Word, or a willingness to learn.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting your team daily.
* The ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of professionals and stakeholders.
A business administration qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) or relevant experience is desirable.
