Join Close Brothers Invoice Finance Team where you will work in the banking team, managing all bank accounts linked to our customers. Additionally, you will be providing administrative support to our Client Services team, who are responsible for managing the bank's direct relationship with our customers. Our ideal team member will have strong Microsoft Office skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at once.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Daily access to bank websites to import files created of receipts on bank accounts.
2. Upload/conversion of bank files into our internal systems.
3. Record/supply batch data to other teams relevant to their daily roles.
4. Manual reconciliation of receipts and processing of items not picked up in bank uploads.
5. Reconciliation and processing for all debit items on all bank accounts.
6. Daily processing of currency sales to customers' accounts on all facilities.
7. Organise bank confirmation letters for customers to provide to their customers.
8. Monitor paying-in books required by our customers to ensure received in a timely manner.
9. Monitor bulk bank accounts (held in reserve) to ensure enough are in stock ready to use.
10. Customer account record keeping – maintain facility details and ensure bank account numbers are linked correctly.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
1. You have previous administrative experience within a regulated industry.
2. You possess strong attention to detail.
3. You can multi-task and prioritise workload as needed.
4. You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and Access.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
1. Had previous banking experience and exposure to customers' bank accounts/data.
