We are on the hunt for a Health and Social Care Assessor, to deliver Level 5 Apprenticeships. Assessing experience is not essential, as long as you hold PTLLS OR an Assessors award (or equivalents) – along with a Level 5 in Care (or equivalent RMA / LMC) and hands-on Care Management experience.

Location: Home/Field based – Candidates must be flexible with travel when face-to-face visits are required
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme up to an additional £10,000 OTE (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Essential Criteria:
* Hold either a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) OR a Level 3 Teaching Qualification such as PTLLS / AET
* Ideally have experience of assessing Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care / Adult Care at Level 5 – not essential.
* Hold own Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, such as an LMC or equivalent.
* Hold solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care as Registered/Care Manager.
* Confident to deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English.
* Must have a good level of ICT skills.
* Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
* Must be flexible with travel and also remote home working.
Duties include:
* Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5 (Lead Adult Care Worker).
* Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
* Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
* Support, advise and motivate learners.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
* Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, learner recruitment, quality paperwork and general administration.
