Site based Heating Engineer - Salford - National Facilities Management Organisation: Commercial Real Estate
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently hiring for a skilled and motivated Heating Engineer for our facilities management clients on-site team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems maintenance and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Mechanical Heating Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of the end-clients mechanical infrastructure.
This is a permanent and full-time position, static based in Salford, Greater Manchester.
Package:
* Competitive salary between £40,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Core hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, pump systems, air compressors, water chillers, plumbing, boilers, and other related equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
3. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
