As our Learning and Development Programme Manager you will be hands on in supporting strategic and customised development programmes, including the support of systems used to manage the delivery of learning initiatives across our organisation. Working closely with functional stakeholders, you will be ensuring that our learning programmes and practices support the desired culture and strategic priorities.
To be successful in your application, you will need to have previous experience in Learning and Development management and coordination, ideally for a global business. If you have experience of delivering soft skills training this would be particularly advantageous. As the role will entail significant interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, engaging interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as well as highly effective time management and the ability to focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
A qualification in adult education and learning, or CIPD would be beneficial.

Location: Remote with some travel to our offices in Bracknell and Cirencester for meetings and training delivery. There will be a requirement to travel to the Netherlands on a quarterly basis to attend the company Induction Programme.
Training Support
1. Responsible for supporting, design and delivery of the learning and development activities across EMEA.
2. Support and encourage a positive learning experiences to managers, and employees, maintaining a high visible learning and development service.
3. Provide reporting on effectiveness and identify further solutions to address learning needs.
Training Development
1. Support the provision of professional development skills training, including career development activities to support talent management in accordance with the global training policy.
2. In partnership with the L & D team, support the delivery of the induction programme, ongoing training programmes and provide factual reporting.
3. Support the delivery of all soft skills development programmes in conjunction requirement outlined in personal development plans and strategic requirements.
Training Effectiveness
1. Provide data to support training needs analysis from individual performance reviews.
2. Devise creative methods to communicate and market programmes.
3. Provide evidence-based, reporting, linked to company strategy.
Training Frameworks and Systems
1. Support the development and administration of the EMEA training curriculum aligned to business priorities.
2. Support the utilisation and best practices of digital learning tools.
3. Manage logistics of training program delivery including scheduling courses, managing rosters, creating meeting invitations, and recording training in learning management system.
Skills, Experience and Competencies required
Essential
1. Significant experience (3 years +) working as a Learning and Development Programme Manager/Co-ordinator.
2. Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. A competent user of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
4. Knowledge of effective learning and development methods, with focus on adult learning techniques.
5. Knowledge and application of evaluation methodologies and reporting.
6. Knowledge of e-learning platforms and adoption practices.
7. Effective interpersonal skills: ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively.
8. Ability to influence and motivate others in a positive and constructive way.
9. Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with good administrative skills with attention to detail and good follow-up.
10. Ability to work effectively with people from a range of different cultures.
11. Outcome focused, adaptable and resilient.
Desirable
1. CIPD, plus adult learning qualification.
2. Previous experience gained within the IT distribution channel.
