Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for keeping things running smoothly?
I'm looking for an Office Administrator to be the backbone of a busy office, ensuring everything operates seamlessly. In this role, you'll support a dynamic team, tackle a variety of administrative tasks, and help create a positive and productive work environment.
No prior knowledge of Solar PV? No problem! While understanding Solar Panels and the industry is a bonus, it's not a requirement. The support and training you need to succeed will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Be the first point of contact, handling incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly touch.
2. Collaborate with installers to ensure they have all the necessary documentation for their projects.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving queries promptly.
4. Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure everything is in order and ready for action.
Key Skills:
1. Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a can-do attitude!
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is a definite advantage.
3. Strong organisational skills to juggle tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
4. A keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to data entry and maintaining accurate records.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal—you're a natural at building rapport.
6. The ability to thrive independently and as part of a team, showing initiative when needed.
