As the Software Sales Executive you will take an active part in driving our client’s growth. You will be pivotal in shaping customer relationships and boosting the company’s market presence. Your focus will span sales, sales administration, customer support, marketing activities, and administration, ensuring a holistic contribution to the organisation’s growth goals. As the Software Sales Executive you will include:
* Managing product demonstrations of their technology
* Proactively engage with potential customers and guide them through the sales funnel.
* Support the sales team by preparing quotes, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
* Meet sales targets to ensure continuous growth
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients.
* Strive for efficiency and improvements in sales processes to maximise performance and revenue generated.
* Process customer hardware orders.
* Engage with partners to optimise leads and sales
* Manage sales pipeline, tasks, and CRM tools daily to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
* Manage email inbox, assisting with queries from leads, new customers, customer support
* Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues, liaising with the technical team where necessary.
* Contribute to creating impactful case studies and customer success stories.
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing free trial conversions, lead to sale conversions, and customer engagement.
* Manage and prioritise a variety of projects and ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on company objectives.
As the Software Sales Executive you will have:
* Proven experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role.
* Proven experience demonstrating products online.
* Determination, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed in sales and hitting targets.
* Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales administration processes.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, QuickBooks, Trello, and Slack.
* Knowledge of cloud-based technologies or technical terminology.
* Exposure to the tech industry, particularly IoT or software development.
