Principle Accountabilities Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of innovation initiatives, working closely with Category Project Leads to ensure timely and successful project execution. Documentation: Create and maintain all project documentation, including budget, risk, and resource management, ensuring any variances are communicated to the Project Lead. Coordination: Facilitate and document project planning workshops, stage gate meetings, and weekly stand-ups with delivery leads. Reporting: Ensure accurate project reporting by gathering and collating input from project teams and highlight any risks or issues to the Project Lead. Risk Management: Actively identify, mitigate, and escalate key risks associated with innovation pipeline projects. Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned from projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes. Skills and Experience Required Education: Degree in a relevant field. Professional Project Management Qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP). Experience: Experience in project managing innovation or product development projects, particularly in FMCG, tobacco, or pharmaceutical environments. Experience with project management tools and effectively managing complex innovation projects. Skills: Strong process management skills. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities. Commercial awareness and strategic planning. Budget management experience.
