Job Description
Start Date: January 2025
Location: London (UK) or Issy-les-Moulineaux (FR)
Are you ready to lead finance operations for over 2000 hotels across Europe & North Africa? As VP Finance Franchise Operations, you will serve as the key finance business partner for the COO Franchised Operations, providing critical financial insights to drive performance, business transformation, and network growth.
What will you do?
Your responsibilities will cover 4 main areas :
1. Leadership
1. Lead, Develop, Inspire a team of 4 controllers
2. Be the Finance Business Partner for our Development department, as well as for the Operations.
3. Drive change and improvement on Finance processes and business review practice.
2. Commercial Finance
1. Analyze, recommend, and approve the deals for the Franchise development projects, in partnership with our the teams in Development, Legal, and Feasibility.
2. Anticipate the network evolutions (New contract, renewals, end of contracts…)
3. Operations Finance
1. Support and challenge the Operations teams on analysis of Revenues evolution and link with hotel performance
2. Ensure availability and ownership of financials within Franchise Operation organization
3. Set and maintain the drumbeat to enable Operations to drive corrective action plans
4. Provide Region, Division and Group finance teams with performance analyses, especially linking hotel performance with Accor revenue generation
5. Improve forecast accuracy on hotels revenues and ensure strong link with Accor revenue generation
4. Processes and Tools
1. Assist in compliance audits and internal controls monitoring
2. Ensure that Group policies, processes and procedures are in place and complied to
3. Actively contribute in tools and data quality improvement projects
Qualifications
Our ideal profile would be:
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate / Operational Finance.
2. Master's degree in finance or business administration.
3. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.
4. Expertise in financial systems, processes, and driving change.
5. Fluent in English; French is a significant advantage.
