Sales Manager – Aesthetic Devices
A leading provider of FDA-approved medical aesthetic devices is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth throughout the middle band of the UK. With increasing demand for its innovative treatments, the company requires a dynamic sales professional to drive new business, manage key accounts, support clinics, and expand its presence in the market.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with top customers and key opinion leaders, ensuring revenue growth and patient satisfaction across partner clinics.
You can be based in any location between Milton Keynes and Staffordshire.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, meeting sales targets through proactive lead generation.
* Maintain close collaboration with partner clinics, providing ongoing support and ensuring visibility.
* Deliver clinical and commercial training to enhance clinic performance and treatment adoption.
* Advise on marketing strategies that drive patient demand and business growth.
* Ensure a seamless patient journey by working with clinics to optimise customer experience.
* Develop and present business-focused sales strategies to high-potential clinics.
* Manage schedules and CRM systems effectively to drive consistent sales performance.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum of five years’ experience in medical sales, ideally within aesthetics or a closely related sector.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high brand standards.
* Strong coaching and training skills, with experience delivering sessions to individuals and small groups.
* Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Knowledge of marketing strategies that generate leads and patient interest.
* Full UK driving licence required.
