By exposing air pollution in real-time, we provide actionable insights to optimise strategic decision-making and mitigation.
We're looking for someone to lead product development for MyAir, our air quality platform, and help steer it through an exciting period of global expansion.
EarthSense
Initially spun out from academia in 2016, EarthSense is revolutionising air pollution management, using the latest technologies to address spatial and temporal data gaps to empower users with clear insights, helping them manage and improve poor air quality.
Since our inception, we've realised 40% year-on-year growth through three key product lines:

* MappAir - Our air quality model, forecasting air quality trends.
* MyAir - The web-based, environmental insights platform.
A team of passionate individuals, we are at the frontier of our next growth cycle as we fine-tune our product fit and continue to deliver high value to our customers across a variety of public and private sectors.
Job Role
We're after someone to own the MyAir product life cycle, act as the voice of the customer and ensure that MyAir continues to lead the way.
You'd be responsible for:
* Championing MyAir, ensuring alignment of vision, roadmap and delivery, while prioritising the backlog with data-driven decisions.
* Owning the product backlog, ensuring it is clearly defined, organised and aligned with business objectives, stakeholder needs and a balance between new features, technical debt and bug fixes.
* Writing clear, concise, and actionable user stories with achievable acceptance criteria, ensuring that our engineering team know the "what" and "why" of the work.
* Facilitating the backlog refinement process to ensure everyone has a shared understanding of the product goals, align progress with the overall project timelines and identify / address any issues that may affect the refinement process.
* Collaborating with the engineering team during sprint planning to ensure priorities are addressed, and adjusting the backlog based on sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure it continues to align with broader product strategy and evolving business and customer needs.
* Leading the UI/UX team to ensure that new features are aligned to the user needs, easy to navigate, accessible and deliverable.
* Support the creation of product literature such as knowledge hub articles, version notes, capability statements, application notes, brochures and spec sheets, collaborating with marketing to deliver impactful and engaging product launch campaigns.
* Reporting product developments and KPIs direct to stakeholders, inc. executive management and clients.
* Promoting the use of scrum principles.
* Ensure GDPR and ISO27001 processes are considered and adhered to.
Experience

Some of the fundamentals you'd have locked down are:
