We are hiring an IT-Business Systems Analyst who will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. This individual will analyse business requirements, coordinate integration projects, and ensure seamless system operations.
This is a part-time role, working between 20-30 hours per week, and the salary is £40-£50k FTE.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participates in identifying business system requirements and related business/application solutions for a specific business need.
2. Enter and manage tickets in Westcor’s internal tracking system from written requirements for development.
3. Participate in the entire lifecycle of projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
4. Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements and road map.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and IT operations.
6. Foster strong relationships with internal/external partners and vendors.
7. Drive process improvement through seeking out and identifying opportunities, business process definition and system alignment.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
9. Participate, organize and host status meetings with management.
10. Complete tasks required by management when needed.
Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
1. Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. 1-3 years of directly related experience in Title Insurance is highly desirable.
3. Analytical skills.
4. Data management skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to define parameters to meet business requirements.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
