Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
The role offers the chance to work closely with senior executives, providing high-level administrative support while gaining exposure to a wide range of business operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel
* Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and take minutes during meetings
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders
* Assist with project planning, execution, and tracking
* Coordinate logistics for executive events, meetings, and conferences
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving abilities
Working Conditions:
* Primarily office-based in Dudley, with occasional travel as required
