THE JOB ROLE We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our growing team on a 12m contract to cover maternity leave. You will play a pivotal role that actively contributes to the growth of the business by taking ownership of the end-to-end talent process. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within a recruitment function and be comfortable driving recruitment campaigns, helping us to continue attrac ting and hir ing the best and brightest, whilst ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone. Additionally, you will assist with various HR duties to support the overall employee lifecycle. Please note this is a hybrid role where you will be required to visit our office in Leatherhead twice a week, we are also accepting applications from candidates looking for both part and full time position s. WHAT YOU’LL D O Partner with Hiring Managers and Head of People to develop and implement resourcing plans for roles at all levels. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles including, pre-selection of candidates to generate shortlist, advising, facilitating selection activities, offer management through to onboarding planning, organising and keeping in touch with candidates throughout. Manage the end-to-end candidate experience ensuring a positive experience and impact on our employer brand. Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enable vacancy and candidate management. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Work as part of a high-performing, collaborative People team to deliver a consistent and impactful hiring process and suppor t the function with ad hoc duties. Support employee engagement initiatives and participate in HR projects. Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, whilst also being able to challenge decisions and find a solution when faced with problems. Have an active focus and interest in direct recruitment through LinkedIn, job boards and other methods. Manage recruitment agency relationships, ensuring terms of business are agreed and adhered to. Ensur e tha t our diversity, equity and inclusion agenda is reflected in recruitment practice. Act as an ambassador for the business, helping to build the profile and continue our reputation as an employer of choice. Any other reasonable duty in line with the level of the role. ABOUT YOU The following expertise and experience are : At least two years’ experience of working a s a n Internal Recruiter. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and planning abilities. Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate databases. A keen eye for identifying top talent, that aligns with our strategy and culture. Up to date with employment law that impacts resourcing and recruitment life cycle. Personable and well-presented. Able to work under pressure with accuracy and focus. Good attention to detail. Experience of working within a confidential discipline. Proactive and creative problem solver. Take the initiative and work independently whilst demonstrating the ability to build credible and professional working relationships when dealing with people at all levels of seniority.
