The role as a Behaviour Support Worker:
1. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment while ensuring that all students receive the individualised guidance they need to thrive in the classroom.
2. You will work with students aged 4-16, engaging with them to help the class teacher deliver tailored support based on their unique learning requirements.
3. Your job will be to inspire and motivate the students, building their confidence while collaborating with the class teacher to implement strategies that promote academic growth and the ability to overcome challenges.
