Cedar Ward is a 22 bedded mixed Male Adult ward, delivering high quality personalised care to people from across Essex. Main duties of the job To lead and deliver patient centred care aligned with the trust vision and collaborating for care strategy To support and assist the Ward Manager to provide continuing responsibility for the ward. To provide leadership and support to the unit nursing team In the absence of the Ward Manager, to assume responsibility for the management and co-ordination of the unit/dept. To deliver a high standard of evidence based care to acute inpatient service users.
