We are seeking a dedicated HR administrator to join our Human Resources team to facilitate a data entry project. This role will be responsible for updating Right to Work details on excel and various HR systems. Flexibility on Hybrid working - Based in Canary Wharf.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed audits of employee files to verify nationality and right-to-work information.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and company standards.
* Build a strong understanding of Country specific Nationality and Right to work requirements.
* Foster effective communication to streamline processes and address queries promptly.
* Demonstrate accountability in handling sensitive information and problem-solving.
Profile
A successful Candidate should have:
1. Experience in HR roles or an HR degree and some administration experience.
2. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems.
3. Exemplary excel, word and outlook skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
6. Strong ethics and reliability.
