The Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit in CGI is a true IT Systems Integrator. We are looking for a Business Analyst who currently holds a higher level clearance to come and join our Secure Innovation & Advisory area which sits within the Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit here at CGI.
Due to the secure nature of the programme/role, you will need to hold the highest level of UK Security Clearance, or be eligible to go through National Security Vetting to obtain this clearance.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
•Flexibility to work in our Gloucester with occasional travel to various client/CGI sites.
•Be Pro-active (can-do attitude), applying standards and best practice, taking pride in all aspects of their work.
•Operating as an Effective Team player with multi-site teams.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
•Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to facilitate and lead workshops to ensure a robust understanding of business needs and priorities within the project.
•Ability to manage stakeholders and ensure clear client requirements are drawn-out, prioritised and clearly defined/understood by the client and development team.
•Documentation – methods and techniques for writing effective business reports and specifications.
•Experience of Agile software development (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc).
