Express Recruitment are delighted to be helping a successful and growing business with the recruitment of a Healthcare Service Advisor to join their friendly and welcoming team in Mansfield.
The department has had continuous growth due to a new public service contract and a leading healthcare provider, which offers the opportunity for progression and longevity in a permanent role with fantastic benefits.
The ideal candidate will have previous phone-based customer service experience within a busy contact centre or medical service environment where they have managed high volumes of calls and interactions.

The role has working hours of Monday – Friday, with shifts of 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, and a later shift of 12pm-8pm allowing for work from home. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week from home and 3 days in the office. It is essential that new starters spend the first 4 weeks training full-time from the office on the earlier shift pattern. There is a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, which will also be from home. You’ll be advised of your shift pattern at least 8 weeks in advance.

Responsibilities
* Answer inbound telephone calls, emails, and live chat queries
* Process patient-sensitive data ensuring accuracy
* Discuss patient requirements, providing advice and guidance
* Provide information to patients about the service
* Update a bespoke customer CRM with confidential information
Skills & Experience
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Polite and professional telephone manner essential
* Able to prioritise workloads
* Fast and accurate data entry skills
* Minimum of 1 year in a similar position
