Please be advised that this is a fully remote position, working 35hrs/5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Main Purpose To assist the Senior Amazon Account Manager ensuring excellent levels of operations, customer care and service are delivered at all times. Furthermore, to ensure that the Le Creuset range is presented as premium lifestyle range online. Key Responsibilities Order Processing: Editing and loading data received via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Consolidate and key orders where required. Coordination tasks with logistic department. Query and Credit Management: Ensure all credits received are processed accurately and on time. Liaise with local Warehouse and Customer Services teams to investigate and resolve any order queries. Liaise with Finance teams in DE and UK and the Senior Amazon Account Manager to resolve any accounting errors. Reporting - to prepare and distribute weekly report pack to include: Reviewing performance for traffic statistic and sales. Availability and performance reports. Content tasks that may arise: Build, maintain and improve the Visual Merchandising of the Le Creuset range. Identify gaps, review and recommend improvements in range. Assist the Operations and Account Manager to contribute solutions which drive efficiency and process improvements.
