Our client are a commercial fit out contractor covering London and the Southeast, who specialise in the healthcare, heritage and educational sectors, blue chip environments and government portfolios.
The Role
The Project Manager must be hands-on, with strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally, with stakeholders at all levels. This position takes responsibility for the planning, execution and management of projects, handling risks and issues and communicating project status at regular intervals to senior management & stakeholders
Must have Demonstrable experience in the following
* Delivering projects in Live hospital environment
* Management of multiple projects
* Team management of site based operatives
* Track record in delivery of projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages
* CSCS card (black card desirable)
* Strong commercial awareness
* Strong understanding of M&E healthcare systems
* Project planning & delivery
* Strong client management
* Solid knowledge in HTM’s/HBN’s
* Understanding of PFI contracts
