Connect to your opportunity The Wellness Advisory Advisor will support the smooth running of the Wellness functions within the HR Services function of Central Business Services. You will be responsible for managing sickness related cases end to end, from the moment the case is triaged to you, to the point of resolution and closure including any escalations or liaison with relevant stakeholders required in between. Your core responsibilities will be: Manage a high caseload as allocated within the team which will include: Pay adjustments PHI processing Return to work cases where advice is required Proactive end to end OH / specialist cases Management of long-term sickness Ensure appropriate follow-up and management of individuals and stakeholders Provide a client-focused experience through the timely and accurate completion of queries and activities Ownership of queries and escalations Liaise with Wellness Advisory Team Assistant Manager to support escalation to clinical team / other HR teams where necessary Escalating to the Assistant Manager if necessary or to the appropriate HR services team, or external vendor for specific cases, where required Providing timely and effective handover, where appropriate, of cases that require input or completion by the wider Wellness Advisory team or HR community Ensure effective utilisation of case management tools, keeping all records up to date and accurate and tracking activities through to timely closure Connect to your skills and professional experience Essentials Previous HR experience of managing sickness absence cases Previous case management experience Track record of working in high volume, ambiguous and pressurised situations Able to adapt recommendations or advise as appropriate Customer focus, with a good understanding of the client's needs and priorities Desirable Knowledge of SAP or other HR systems is preferable ServiceNow software experience CIPD Level 3 Connect to your business - Enabling Functions Collaboration is central to everything we do at Deloitte.
