We are a well-established firm of UK financial advisers, providing expert financial planning and wealth management services to our clients. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling incoming and outgoing post
• Scanning, filing, and organising documents
• Preparing and compiling client reports
• Answering telephone calls and directing queries appropriately
• Supporting finance administration
• Updating and maintaining client records using our CRM system
• General administrative duties to assist the wider team
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within financial services but not essential)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A professional and friendly approach to client communication
