The Company
Our client is a rapidly growing, creative agency with ambitious plans to grow via acquisition alongside gaining some further investment. With a strong commitment to social responsibility, the founders are looking to hire their first dedicated HR professional.
This role is ideal for an experienced people leader with experience in the creative agency industry. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise, best suited for a HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and is passionate about inclusivity, innovation, and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a forward-thinking people strategy, covering talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
* Create HR processes across all functions within the business.
* Drive HR operational process change as the business develops.
* Champion an inclusive, positive workplace culture that supports growth and well-being.
* Oversee HR compliance as the company expands its team and operations.
* Partner with senior leadership across group brands to embed best practices and ensure consistency across international locations.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in HR or People leadership, in a fast-growing, creative, or international environment.
* Experience implementing HR processes across a growing organisation.
* Strong knowledge of HR compliance, with TUPE expertise being a plus.
* Passionate about building a people-first workplace, with a proactive and approachable leadership style.
* A skilled communicator who can collaborate effectively and adapt to a non-corporate, creative setting.
