An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Science Practitioner Specialist to join the Respiratory, Sleep Physiology, and Home Ventilation department at Surrey and Sussex Hospital NHS Trust, with a focus on delivering comprehensive lung function and sleep studies at Crawley Community Diagnostic Centre.

The Respiratory, Sleep Physiology, and Home Ventilation department is currently undergoing service evaluation and modernisation to enhance patient care. The Healthcare Science Practitioner Specialist will play a key role in achieving these improvements, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to take the next step in their physiology career.
The trust supports continued professional development, including pathways for physiologists seeking professional registration or Scientist Training Programme equivalence with the Academy of Healthcare Science (AHCS), leading to registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Please note that this role requires working across sites at both acute (East Surrey Hospital and Crawley Hospital) and community sites around Sussex and Surrey.
