We are currently recruiting a number of MIG Welders to join a rapidly growing Engineering client in Havant. This hands-on role will give the successful candidates a chance to work on a variety of high-end projects for the Automotive, Aerospace and Maritime sectors. Key Responsibilities As a MIG Welder, you will play a critical role in producing exceptional products. Your responsibilities will include: Performing MIG welding tasks on various materials to a high standard. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding specifications. Carrying out in-process quality checks to ensure products meet stringent standards. Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiencies. Maintaining equipment and reporting any maintenance needs promptly. Ensuring your workspace remains organised and compliant with HSE requirements. Essential skills and experience include: Proven experience in MIG welding within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
