We are looking for a Band 2 Receptionist to provide a reception service at Bickerstaff House at Ormskirk District General Hospital.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive Reception/secretarial service to the Adult West Lancs Community Mental Health Teams, coordinating their activities with other members of the Administration Teams in the network to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
The role is challenging however you will be able to make a difference to service users who are in crisis or are receiving on going support from the trust.
The ability to work under pressure with limited supervision must be demonstrated as the role is very demanding.
A strong, proven background of customer service roles is a must, as you are the first point of contact to our service users and their support networks.
The successful applicant will require a mature, flexible approach and the ability to work within a busy environment. They will also be expected to use their own initiative and work unsupervised to ensure the effective coordination of duties.
