Madisons Recruitment are currently working with a construction contractor located in Royston, Hertfordshire who are looking for a Construction Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Candidate must have some Construction knowledge/ background to be considered for this role
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
General administration duties
Making telephone calls
Answering telephone calls
Booking appointments
Managing paperwork online
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors
Will progress to a sales based role once fully qualified
Requirements:
Previous experience in a construction administration role
Desire to learn a new role and progress permanently within a business
Office based - Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm
£26,000 - £28,000 per annum
