Knowledge, Skills and Training
Essential criteria
1. Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level
2. Membership of the relevant Professional Body
3. Evidence of recent professional development in an up to date portfolio
4. Knowledge and understanding of Trust Strategy and policies relevant to role
Desirable criteria
5. Demonstrates a knowledge ofsynergy with Trust vision, values and behaviours
Job Specific Experience
Essential criteria
6. Supervised experience gained during clinical placements
7. Ability to contribute to student development / supervise other junior staff
8. Demonstrable knowledge of assessment and therapeutic interventions in area of practice
9. Experience of contributing to the management of change
Desirable criteria
10. Recent previous experience within a comparable role

Managerial Experience
Essential criteria
12. Experience of demonstrating duties to junior staff
13. Ability to delegate care safely
14. Is prepared and skilled to act up and/or co-ordinate shifts in the absence of the team lead

15. Experience of providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff
Information Technology
Essential criteria
16. Able to evaluate data and produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
17. Experience of using electronic patient / service user record systems
