We have an amazing opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacy Lead to join us, to manage and coordinate the OneMedical Group Pharmacy team, across all our Urgent Primary Care services, ensuring regulatory, contractual, QOF and CQC compliance are in place.
The post holder will have up-to-date knowledge of the Urgent and Primary Care landscape and the direction in which the services are heading, including transforming the medicines management process. As such, they will be an experienced Pharmacist and a people manager, professional, ambitious, with a high level of social skill and a meticulous attention to detail, committed to delivering safe medicines management across Urgent and Primary Care services. The Clinical Pharmacy Lead will make sure that we are contractually and regulatory compliant at all times in all our services in relation to medicine management. They will look for innovative ways to reduce waste and assist sites to manage the medicine budget, ensuring that we are maximising all available resource to achieve high standards of medicines management.

The Clinical Pharmacy Lead is expected to be able to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the PCN.
The successful candidate is expected to:
1. Be a trained Pharmacist with relevant experience
2. Have experience of working in or working alongside Primary and Urgent Care Services
3. Have experience of leading a team
4. Management qualification or relevant experience
5. Negotiation and influencing skills
6. Good communication skills
7. Confident IT skills
8. CQC and regulatory knowledge
9. Registered Manager or willing to become one with training
Location: This role will require working from our base office at Bank Top Support Centre, Black Hill Rd, Leeds LS21 1PY. Our offices are surrounded by fields and pathways and it's just minutes away from Golden Acre Park. If you are a dog lover, this is the best place for you. Please note that there is no public transport to our head office, so own transport would be required.
