We are seeking an Associate, Business Manager to support the Marketing and Digital Wealth COO Team, based in London. This role is considered a generalist position within the COO team to be aligned to the following: • Drive operational excellence within the organization • Maintain and manage internal document storage systems and develop strategies for file sharing across departments • Collaborate with leadership to manage and support recruiting and hiring initiatives • Work on strategic projects such as technology utilization, performance measurement, and budget management • Provide support for legal and compliance activities as needed • Support cross-functional strategic initiatives, talent development, and digital measurement efforts • Promote alignment with cultural initiatives both locally and globally • Assist in the development of upskilling and talent initiatives • Create and maintain onboarding and recruitment documents • Oversee the strategic allocation and management of marketing and promotional resources • Assist in the annual budget planning process, including creating templates, consolidating submissions, and allocating funds • Support the monthly forecasting process by working with financial planning teams and stakeholders to identify and understand variances Qualifications • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant work experience preferred • 3 years of financial analysis and/or business management experience preferred • Project management experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational, analytical and research skills • Team player with ability to work effectively in an environment of change • Takes initiative, resourceful, quick learner • Positive and flexible with a “can do” attitude • Highly proficient in Power Point and demonstrate ability to create advance presentations • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with knowledge of formulas, macros, VBA • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Comfortable working with a global team (London, New York, San Francisco) across time zones Our benefits To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of benefits including a strong retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive healthcare, support for working parents and Flexible Time Off (FTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about.
