Description:\n\nPurpose of the Role:\n\n * The Telemarketing Executive is key in driving directly generated income for the business, and as such is a critical role in the overall sales process.\n\n * You will target key businesses within our customer demographic, engaging with high level decision makers to gain their interest in our product offerings.\n\n * Working closely with our Regional Sales Directors, the Telemarketing Executive will book prospect meetings and support in developing the business relationship moving forward.\n\n * Contact from the Telemarketing Executive can often be the first time the prospect has spoken with the company, so ensuring a highly professional service is delivered is key.\n\n * Through our marketing activity we also receive enquires via both digital platforms and telephone calls directly to the Sales Support Team.\n\n * You will be responsible for qualifying inbound enquires and passing on to the Regional Sales Director where appropriate.\n\n * Working from our contemporary Brighton office you’ll be supported by a highly experience team to help develop the knowledge and skillset needed to achieve the KPI’s.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Consistently provide excellent telemarketing to generate new business appointments for our Regional Sales Directors.\n\n * Work to high volume call and duration targets.\n\n * Develop long lasting relationships with prospects, and act as a Brand Ambassador.\n\n * Qualification of inbound telephone and digital enquiries, converting into qualified sales leads.\n\n * Build and maintain the company’s contact management database/CRM platform ‘Goldmine’ according to sales pipeline and marketing campaign reporting demands.\n\n * Co-ordinate new business meetings with the Sales Directors.\n\n * Manage and maintain lead referrals through the Sales Pipeline.\n\n * Work with the wider Marketing Team to follow up on tactical campaigns.\n\n * Effective planning of time and tasks to ensure monthly sales and calling targets are achieved.\n\n * Work with the Regional Sales Directors to identify target prospects, taking on board feedback from past prospect meetings.\n\nSkills and Experience:\n\nEssential\n\n * Previous outbound business to business telesales experience.\n\n * Experience of using a CRM system.\n\n * Ability to demonstrate telephone sales techniques.\n\n * Experience in customer services environment.\n\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\n * Ability to build relationships with high level decision makers.\n\nDesirable:\n\n * Sales experience within the financial or professional services environment.\n\nEducation Qulaifications:\n\nEssential\n\n * Minimum of Maths and English GSCE Grade ‘C’ or equivalent.\n\nDesirable\n\n * UK Finance Foundation course desirable or willing to work towards.\n\nLocation:\n\n * Brighton Head Office.\n\n * Full time, 5 days in Office
