Teaching Assistants & Support Workers

Salary: 85 - 100 per day
Timeplan is currently working with a large all-through SEN school in Lewisham/Bromley, who are recruiting several specialist Teaching Assistants or Support Workers to start ASAP. They are looking for full and part-time staff to cover daily and long-term requirements.
This outstanding multi-cultural school caters for a diverse group of 2-19-year-olds, providing encouragement and a positive learning environment. Students have a range of needs including ASD, PMLD, and complex needs. The school's area of expertise is Autism and physical disabilities, and they offer both pupils and staff all the right resources to succeed.
The shortlisted candidates must have experience supporting children with SEN. You will work 1:1 and with small groups, completing personal care when required. Your main duty will be to support students academically, while developing students' self-confidence and independence. As well as working with the class teacher, you will also work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team.

1. Experience with ASD, PMLD, and complex needs
2. A current Child and Adult DBS registered on the update service
3. Full and/or part-time availability
