Morson are excited to be recruiting for our aerospace client in Portsmouth who require a Logistics Administrator/Stores Person.
It is essential candidates who wish to apply hold a valid driving licence.
The role can cover the following (all or partially): Inbound / receiving, internal material movements, warehousing, outbound / shipping, freight/transport management, cycle counting, inventory management, transactional activities, packaging ordering.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure safe working environment.
2. Booking of inbound materials to include correct labelling and transactions correctly inputted to the ERP/MRP system.
3. Data entry of Stock counts, liaising with Finance to root cause and support resolve all discrepancies.
4. Carry out stock movement transactions while ensuring all materials are within shelf life.
5. Filing of route cards, CofC's, DG's, Delivery Notes and all other Logistics documentation.
6. Releasing finished goods to customer orders, creating the CofC's for product to be available for delivery.
7. Booking of outbound deliveries to include the data entry for all relevant customer or 3rd party portals.
8. Produce UK and Export invoicing to include all relevant licencing required.
9. Maintain the internal Despatch and Shipping trackers, to include the scanning and uploading of all documentation.
10. Collate and provide detailed information for export compliance.
11. Support as and when required with Forklift and Packing activities.
Essential
1. Full Driving Licence
2. ERP/MRP/SAP experience
3. IT (Microsoft Package)
Working hours
07:30 - 16:15: Monday-Thursday
07:30 - 16:00: Fridays
(Every other Friday is a non-working day)
