About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves working on a 24x7x365 shift pattern, including day and night rotations, to manage change control processes, resolve incidents, and supervise third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities
* Shift Work: You will work on a rotating shift pattern to ensure the successful day-to-day running of the Data Centre.
* Change Management: Manage change control processes to maintain the integrity of the Data Centre toolsets for support and management.
* Incident Resolution: Resolve incidents and manage assets effectively to ensure IT stability.
* Vendor Supervision: Supervise and escort third-party vendors during installations, changes, and maintenance.

Requirements
* Proven Experience: Proven experience working in high-risk environments and Data Centres is essential.
* Knowledge of DCIM Tools: Knowledge of DCIM tools and standards is desirable.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies and networking concepts, proficiency in MS Office, and helpdesk/service delivery applications.
* Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, proactive mindset, reliability, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
