Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated social worker in Permanence/ Looked after children team in Oldham Council The role is for a full time (5 days) qualified and experienced social Worker to join one of our 4 Teams within the Permanence Service (Cared for Children) in Oldham. Teams are made up of 1 TM, 1 SP & up to 6 SWs. You would hold a case load on average of up to 18 children and Young People in LA care and to the expecta-tions would be to review progress and develop their care plans to best meet their individual needs and all that this entails. The hybrid model is 3 days office based and 2 days WFH but this needs to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
